It’s been a busy Sugarplum day but an absolutely beautiful one to spend on the road here in Pembrokeshire. We spent some time with the lovely ladies of Solva WI and we talked to them about all of our Sugarplum Stories… How we set up, a sneaky chat about some of our recipes (but not too much detail) and how brilliant Pembrokeshire is for independent businesses. The ladies were so supportive and love to hear about fellow females and their lives. We had a ball… And love how we got some baking tips from them too!!
We then popped to St David’s and arranged that from next week will start to supply a deli there… St. David’s Food & Wine is a great little store and we spied some Seaweed Gin on their shelves… Stand by for another blog after we’ve purchased that and had a tasting session! We’re always looking to increase our retail suppliers so if you know of anyone who may be interest feel free to let us know.
Our day on the road ended with a spot of retail therapy… (Don’t tell anyone)! Now it’s time to regroup and get ready for a lovely sunny weekend at Newcastle Emlyn food festival!
